Public Footpath - Steps, 8th March
As a regular use this footpath I am becoming increasingly concerned about the condition of the steps linking Old Granary Close to the fields. These steps, if you can call them that - more like the odd stone, breeze block or boulder - are now in a dangerous and unsafe condition. A few years ago the gate and a wooden handrail was erected by the authority which was aconsiderable improvement but now the actual steps need to be replaced - not made safe - REPLACED with steps that are "fit for purpose" and safe for all users. This is not an opportunity for the Council to close this steps on this footpath - they need to be repaired to a safe condition for the many users that regularly walk this footpath. I look forward to hearing from you as to when this work is likely to be carried out, kind regards Joanna Baker

Several small and one large pothole around the bus stop area, 8th March
Potholes have been noticable for some time, now one is getting much bigger. This area experienced a water leak for many months the year before last which was eventually fixed by the householder/Wessex water. Since then this Pothole has developed and streadily got worse across the road surface, can something be done or not?
