Rotten tree in danger of falling on footpath, 10th July
There is a tree at back of electric sub station on blackmoor road haxey It is next to footpath which is used by small children on a daily basis. the wood is that rotten just touching a limb it comes off in your hand ' It needs removing before it falls on someone, thanks steve

Carr Lane, East Lound near DN9 1BD, 8th April
Carr Lane East Lound has been heavily used lately due to road diversions and an upgrade to the electric sub station, this teamed with standing water which freezes on an already patched up road, has lead to even deeper pot holes. This road is used by cars, tractors, refuse lorries and post vans as well as cyclists.

Subsidence at the edge of the highway, 2nd February
Contractor dug out and was cable laying, this was in a water run off from the road into the field, on completions and the first time it rained, the soil disappeared and left a sink hole right at the edge of the highway, in it's present state it could undermine the road foundations. This has been like this for a few months, but thought it was being delt with

A concrete manhole cover has been damaged following the grass sides of the roads been cut. The hole is quite wide and the hole is deep. It is a danger to humans and animals. Could a replacement cover please be put on? Thank you

Vehicle access/egress from haven house,graizelound, 16th September
The narrow entrance to the property, on a blind bend, A161 VERY BUSY ROAD HGV delivery wagons have to block the road in order to reverse in, and have trouble leaving, and no one guiding or warning oncoming traffic, even though its a 30mph limit, not many vehicles adhere to it plus the potential for a serious road traffic accident and damage to next door building

Hole in wooden boards near school path, 14th August
These floor boards have rotted away also fencing at the top of this bridge missing in places this as been reported by members of the public before and by me over a very long period but not much as been done. This is a main bridge path to the school used daily by a high number of walkers which is a A VERY *A REAL DANGER to the public.

Potholes on the bend , they measure at least 30 inch x20 inch depth 2 inch holding water, traffice are pulling out loose stones which pose a risk .Near horse field ., 4th August
This has been there now a month and getting bigger, holding water and lorries farm traffic use the road daily, it cannot be avoided because you dont see it due to the bend .
