This car is parked less than 10 metres of a junction right outside my house., 19th March
It is dangerous because it’s close to a junction and therefore can cause an accident. The amount of times I’ve almost collided with something or can’t see because cars are always parked here. They choose not to park outside their own houses and it’s dangerous!

Unsafe / daily near misses, 14th March
Everyday I witness a near miss on the roundabout for M180 / M18 junction due to this roundabout being split into 3 lanes. Frequently cars / lorries cut across lanes causing near misses. This roundabout is totally unsuitable and unsafe in its current format.

Litter before junction 6 on M18, 6th February
I was driving and there was something in the left lane (only 2 lanes at this point of motorway) so people had to swerve into the hard shoulder. It looked like a mattress or like a big box or something, I didn’t get a good look due to trying to slow down and avoid it.
I don’t think it could have been there long but there was nobody around to remove it so I wanted to make sure you knew.
Thank you for your help

Coming frim M180, lines dont flow onto M18, 30th May
There are two lanes from the M180 towards the M18. These lanes don't flow across and the right hand lane struggles to get onto the M18. This will cause a crash!

White lines, causing confusion, 29th May
Hello, since the new traffic lights have been introduced on the roundabout, there has been a lot more traffic. This is not helped by the white lines not necessarily being very clear as to which lane you need to be in. For example, when approaching the roundabout from the m180 and heading west onto the m18, it is possible to use lanes 2 and 3 to achieve this direction. Things are okay up to the first set of traffic lights on the roundabout, but then when progressing to the second sets, I believe it would be helpful to have some guiding lines between the lights. Lane 1 goes to the direction of the services, lane 2 then becomes lane 1 and lane 3 becomes lane 2 at the next lights. However, the problem is that most do not move over as they do not necessarily realise the lanes move, hence the need for guiding lines. I personally drive this road 4times a week to get from scunthorpe to Goole for work and it is my most efficient route, but it seems to be getting worse and worse. Just today I have been beeped and gestured at for using the lanes correctly (and not pushing and shoving through the traffic although tempting at times)

Obscured and faded road markings, 21st March
This issue has been raised before however to be specific, when leaving the M180 at the roundabout and heading northbound M18 the lines are faded from the traffic lights towards the services and the new traffic lights. I am having daily near misses including several HGV’s and it is only a matter of time before a serious incident happens. I’ve used this road daily for years and since the new lights were installed I have had at least 20 near misses and emergency stops along with horn. As mentioned in previous posts apparently a team are looking at designing a solution. This needs no design team or planning. Just paint the lines back and save the lives that are at daily risk. Ridiculous bureaucracy is not required at a time of emergency. At the very least put traffic officers at the roundabout to monitor and witness the near misses minute by minute. Thank you

Extreme litter grade D all over verges Jct 5, 15th March
Extreme litter grade D which has not been picked at all, despite a previous report response here stating it was due to be done W/C 6th March. The wooded areas need to be cut back and thinned out then litter picked as the entire junction is heavily contaminated. The M18 in general from jct 1 onwards is filthy.

White road marking lines, 5th March
As previously reported the white lines on the roundabout are well warn and can hardly be seen. I come round here several times a day in an artic and I’m sick of been cut up and having near Misses as no one can see the lanes coming round the roundabout. I’ve noticed that it’s been reported before and you’ve re painted about 10meters of the lines where the new lights are. Why wasn’t the whole lot re done at the same time. There was a team of engineers out adjusting the light sequences a couple Of weeks ago hopefully they’ve seen and reported how bad the markings are. This roundabout has needed re painting for a couple of years I know of many people who have reported this issue

New traffic light system NOT working on M18 M180 Roundabout, 14th February
Since the new lights have been installed on the roundabout there is severe congestion in a morning> Vehicles are not moving into the correct lanes when moving around the roundabout - there is going to be an accident if this is not resolved. I use this route every day - I have seen near misses almost everyday I have travelled this way since the changes. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS BEFORE THERE IS AN ACCIDENT.

Major delays - 2 hours, 30th January
What idiot has decided to put the second set of lights on the m18/m180 round about on. Blocking traffic in all major directions (m18 and m180). Some explanation would be nice as I am sure lots of people was late to work this morning. A great start to the week, thanks a bunch

New traffic lights at services roundabout M18/M180, 30th January
The new traffic lights that have been installed next to the services exit are now making the traffic even more dangerous than it has been previously. The roundabout was so busy this morning that everyone coming off the M18 & M180 is having to queue for a long time to even reach the roundabout. This means people are now going through the traffic lights on red due to lack of patience & people can no longer see which lane they need to be in when approaching the services side, therefore others are not moving into their correct lanes. The timing of the new lights does not appear to be sufficient for the amount of traffic needing to use the roundabout. I used to think the risk of lorries pulling out of the services was bad but now it’s just seems even more dangerous.

White lines, 30th January
The white line have almost gone. M180/ m18 round about. When coming off the m180 at the lights by the services junc to join the m18 slip, there is little to no white lines I am fed up of getting cut up because people Don't know which lane to get in when going m18 north. This has been like this for many years.
