Speed limits, 14th August
Between East Halton church and the a160 roundabout you pass through 7 different speeds in under 2 miles (all on the same road). As you come out of East Halton the limit goes from 30 to 40 then almost instantly up 50, just in time for it to drop back down to 40 just round the bend. Then you come out of the 40 limit into a national speed limit, and back into a 40 zone less than 400 meters later. Then out of the 40 back in to national speed at the round about.
I think the speed limits on this road need reviewing.

Noise from container lorries 24 hour per day, 2nd June
Unable to sleep due to the deafening clanking and banging of container lorries entering and leaving the industrial site. It starts a a low rumbling as they leave the yard at the far end of the airfield and the rumbling increases to a loud banging up the approach road. Followed by loud cracks as they turn on the main road, with a serious of bangs opposite the houses. This is reversed when traffic is going on to the airfield. This is stopping me from getting a good nights sleep and as a consequence is causing ill health to my family. This is getting worse and has been increasing over the last 5 years.

Report on FixMyStreet
The footpath along East Halton Road is becoming narrower due to growth of vegitation and silt deposits from the road. Due to ongoing problem with human excrement & urine bottles on both the pavement & grass verges this means a pedestrian cannot safely step of the out if the way when speeding HGV's approach thus risk being blown aside or covered in dust/water/ice etc.. Pavements edges need scraping back to reveal full width as has been done on Lancaster Approach to make them safer to use, 28th February
As explained above
