Pothole on road/cycleway problem, 18th March
Customer wishes to report pothole and make a claim. 'Approaching the school there is a pot hole located in the middle of the road.
As I approached at 18:30 the day was entering into night and therefore reduced visibility. Additionally the pothole was under a puddle and my drivers side front wheel went through the pot hole and damaged my tyre.
I required road side recovery from a family member and a the damage caused required a new a new tyre.'

Just before the junction of barton street and pear tree lane before utterby primary academy, LN11 0TN. Customer states, there are 30mph signs just before this turning and on the other side up the road, heading from slates towards the school the 30 mph signs here are also faded. The customer also states that the slow road marking in the same area are also rubbed away and become worn.

O/S Tamariu Ludborough, 15th January
Customer had a letter from LCC stating they need to deal with the tree shading the property and hire a tree surgeon to look at the issue. Tree surgeon has come out to look at the tree. He said he could cut it back as it is going over the boundary of the property. Customer would like to know how much they are allow to take off of the tree to trim it back and if they are allowed to this this.
