3rd party car heading down Grainsby lane towards A1031. 3rd party correctly pulled to their left to allow my vehicle to pass. On passing, my vehicle drove over two individual potholes at the above location. Immediate damage to two tyre walls (left side). Car not driveable given incident and callout required to replace 2x tyres.

Waite Lane, Brigsley near the little bridge over the water., 19th March
There are a number of sizable pot holes on this road which caused my tyre to pop the other day.. I drive down this road daily and the they are getting worse and they are very large. Also the grass verges are getting ruined as people are trying to avoid pot holes. They have been fixed before but don't get done properly so they come back in exactly the same place.

A16 Louth Road Nortbound just at the start of the turn off to Cheapside., 3rd January
Some unknown contractor has made a pig's ear of a recent repair (in the last few weeks?), creating a high mound - as bad as a pothole when driving over it close to the 60mph limit. When I drove over it, I felt and heard a loud thump and the car shook violently. Please get this very poor quality repair remade to your usual high standards.

A16 between cheapside and waithe, 9th December
Surface very poor. Driving over it is like the surface of the moon. Needs complete resurface. Not the pathetic tar and chippings that is the usual bodge job done. As per highways England guidelines you are only to dress a surface once then it must be replaced.

Large pothole all over the road, at this junction there is also a large crack down the road. Customer states that there is so many that cars need to weave in and out to avoid.

Pedestrian crossing button, 23rd November
The pedestrian lights on the side of the road by the war memorial are not working correctly. I also note that the set the other side of the road no longer flash when pressed. Students from school got fed up and took their chances and walked across as it went through three cycles of a16/ Holton Le clay traffic being allowed to go. Additionally, The pedestrian lights no longer light up when you press them. Thanks
