You said in a previous report from 6th Marxh that the M18 was due to be litter picked "this week" and its now 2 weeks later and it is still covered in litter. Please make this priority. J6 is exactly the same

Off slip on the M18 North bound. Lots of litter., 1st April
The litter on the off slip is getting out of control. There are even broken bits of furniture lining the verge. I know it’s an endless task keeping the verge’s tidy but this particular part of the network seems worse than others.

Roadworks making vehicles queue on hard shoulder at bust times, 26th February
. In short at busy times as traffic is increasing traffic travelling Southbound M18 from J3-J2 it is starting to queue on the hard shoulder as traffic is backing up due to single lane restrictions on the roundabout at J2. This has varying impacts, unless they are being instructed to use the hard shoulder its obviously an offence but more importantly there doesn’t appear to be any monitoring/warning for approaching vehicles. Those wishing to exit at J3 southbound are stopping in queues on the hard shoulder and as we know stopping on the Motorway is as dangerous as it gets, furthermore drivers are realising late at the end of the queue and are stopping partly in live lane 1 as they see what the vehicles stopped on the hard shoulder are for or they don’t realise and are stopping in live lane 1 at the point of the exit slip which is horrendously risky.
