Junction of B1241 Kexby Lane and Upton Road at Knaith Park, 26th March
Mud on both roads and extending approx 1/4 mile from Knaith Park towards Kexby. Considerable quantity of mud/ manure. Disgusting mess which would be dangerous when wet. Clearly as a result of traffic in and out of fields adjacent to roads mentioned.

High street Upton adjacent to Dealtry Close, 29th February
The manhole and surrounding area has sunken approximately 1 square metre. This area is on a blind bend and if you meet a vehicle coming in the opposite direction and drive over the imperfection it can bounce you into the direction of the oncoming traffic.
