St.George's Hill. Glentworth, 5th April
Culvert is blocked and water from spring and ditch pouring onto the road. Recent investigation by Council revealed that the ditch does not connect properly to the culvert. They knocked a few bricks out of the side of the manhole to make a connection but this is not adequate to take the volume of water. It desperately needs to be done properly and permanently with a headwall to the culvert not a few bricks knocked out of the top of a manhole and the culvert unblocked if needed.

B1398 between Glentworth and Hemswell- where the road was recently closed for gas mains works, 26th January
Issue is the manhole in the newly laid tarmac is well below surface of road and causes significant impact if driven over. This appeared to have been filled over with tarmac in the last few weeks but this has come out therefore requires a more permanent solution.

It is the repair work where the gas works, 12th January
The repair that has been done since the road closure with gas issues. The new metal cover has sunk and the tarmac cracked.. It's right in the tyre line and the cars make a huge clunk when driving through it. It has destroyed my front left tyre which now needs replacing. It was a terrifying experience. Friends of mine have had the exact same issue. It's a really dangerous problem. One motorbike and there will be a death. The photos do not do this issue justice.

Location of road surface is where there’s been gas works going on from august 23 - December 23, 8th January
After extensive work carried out on a gas pipeline the road surface has been left inadequate. There’s an inspection hatch in the carriageway and it’s sunk/collapsed. It’s a major hazard to road users as it’s on a fast corner. You can’t see if there’s on coming traffic to swerve around the problem in the road. There will be an accident. Hopefully this problem will be rectified asap.
