Near the entrance to Poplar Tree Farm on Carr Lane, Blyton, 5th March
The deepest one is 45mm deep. Vehicles use the farm entrance as a passing place and the road surface on the edge of the road has 3 significant pot holes. The situation has deteriorated since additional traffic, including double decker buses, are using Carr Lane due to the closure of the A159, Blyton Road leaving Gainsborough.

No signage on Sandbeck Lane, 27th February
Sandbeck Lanes community recreation field is an open space for all of us to use and enjoy.Sadly now, it seems it’s main function is that of a ‘dog toilet’ or alternatively ,abandoned dog poo bags left on the field or in the hedges.Even though there is a visible dog bin to discard this. Many residents constantly air there views and upset not just about this field but on footpaths throughout the village on either their Facebook forum or while out walking their dogs.
There is now ‘live’ ongoing talks to bring back a ‘football team’ to the village and with this, the vision of supporting the Blyton community and others with further scope of sports activities for all age groups. This will enrich all age groups and combat many of our now identified societal issues of well being. We need visible dog fouling literature either ground mounted or fixed high enough on the available lamp posts (high out of reach) down this lane, to primarily combat and deter this ongoing issue and have a field free from dog fouling and provide a clean field to play on and the health and safety factors are covered too. Thank you

Wharton Road ,Blyton, 26th February
Hello,Hope you are well. Firstly, can I ask why a section of Wharton Road has been closed for so long with no apparent works being done,to rectify the problem, with a view to reopening the road. Secondly, can I ask why the remainder of Wharton Road has been left to become what can only be described as akin to a roller coaster ride. I suffer with back problems, with the A159 closed between Gainsborough and Blyton I am being forced to use this road. It must be one of the worst roads in the county. Could you please let me know what you intend doing about it. Thanks, have a great evening. Paul.

Pilham Lane, Pilham, heading from Blyton towards A631, 26th February
Between Todd Lane and Green Lane on the carriageway there are multiple extremely large and dangerous potholes. I reported today and have received an email to say they've been fixed, but they have not. They are a fatal accident in the making as the A159 is closed and drivers are using this back road to regain access to the A159 instead of following the diversion to the A15 via Caenby Corner. Some of the potholes are submerged in a larger puddle and could throw a vehicle into oncoming traffic. Also the damage is severe enough that huge chunks of road surface are being kicked up.
