Dangerous pot hole that's been badly repaired, 30th March
This pot hole must be the worst repaired in Yorkshire. It's very dangerous for cyclists. There was a triple fatal accident here a few years ago and this is a dangerous road.

Pothole, dangerous for cyclists, 24th November
This part of the A614 has been previously repaired badly by east yorks council and the pothole is back as bad as ever, this could be fatal for a cyclist, 3 people were killed 50 yds away a few years ago.

Hedge trimming debris left on path, 11th October
From opposite the lodge lane entrance right up to the Ppg Sta there has been very severe hedge trimming which is great but not when all the debris has been left on the public footpath. I use this root daily when I walk my dog and as you can imagine it has not been very pleasant for us when I am picking thorns out of his paws. Also this is a walk way up to Cowick Primary School which is used by adults and children and the path is absolutely covered! I again had to report this on another stretch of path earlier this year, is it not common practise to clean up afterwards?

A patchup done earlier this year is again crumbling to which a pothole has appeared. Again the whole road could do with properly resurfacing because if not then we are just going to have the same problems as earlier this year come the bad weather. Saying that the bad weather hasn't even started and the road is starting to deteriorate!

Dip, 5th August
Large dip in the road which makes the road surface very uneven to drive on. Also on a bend so you cannot avoid it on one side which is not doing a lot for anyone's suspension!
