Speeding on Cul de Sac, 26th November

Mon, 26 Nov 2018 10:56:42 +0000
53.710369 -0.85538

We live on a Cul- de - sac and we have lots of children living around here and lots of cats but people: including neighbours and particularly take away delivers and package delivereres do not drive carefully. My cat just got knocked over this weekend. He is in a bad shape and we are all quite upset about it (including my teenage daughter) and we are expecting a big bill: all of this just before Christmas. We need some Speed bumps and / or a 10 mile an hour sign that will regulate the speed on our street. Please can you advise. Thank you

Heavy traffic from building work on new estate causing house to shake., 16th June

Fri, 16 Jun 2017 07:44:08 +0100
53.714373 -0.867422

Heard a noise last year and my window had actually cracked as a large heavy vehicle thundered by .The building work has being on incessantly around me for a few years and our street is the chosen access route . Today woke up at 6.45 being shook in my bed as it began again once more are going by before 7 in a morning. I have had cracks apppearing in my plastered walls . I am concerned to say the least that something serious is going on with the road for the amount of vibration we are suffering from. Can someone come out to check the road address the builders speed etc.

Overgrown Hedges, 24th July

Sun, 24 Jul 2016 23:48:48 +0100
53.714811 -0.863907

Down Carr Lane in Goole I recently had to drive down which is only single file traffic I parked up outside of a friends house. I wasn't parked 5 minutes when cyclists wanting to get by had to go on my friend and neighbours grass verges on the wrong side of the road because they're side was overgrown with nettles, bushes, shrubs etc. This I've learnt is a very busy cycle and footpath from the other end of Carr Lane so these shrubs need cutting back. Many thanks

Some owners are still letting their dogs off the lead while walking through Goole Cemetery with the result dogs are doing their business sometimes on graves with owners either not knowing or not bothering to clean up after them. CCTV cameras in the cemetery would help catch repeat offenders.

The pavement outside my partners house is excessively raised where we pull onto his drive especially compared to the rest of the street. I believe this is causing constant excessive strain to my car and needs to be corrected as it is starting to wear down my suspension.

Fly titpping and bins not emptied, 23rd January

Thu, 23 Jan 2014 17:32:18 +0000
53.705393088916 -0.862091502624495

I have reported this problem before but it has now got worse. Not only is the landlord of the flats on the corner of Marshfield and Hook road leaving rubbish from refurbishments at the back of the flats - now there are several black rubbish bags dumped here. They have been opened probably by animals and the rubbish is falling out. One blue bin with no lid is overflowing with rubbish and has been like this for several months. Generally there is much more rubbish here.

Track to river front, 1st May

Sun, 01 May 2011 19:37:32 +0100
53.707216 -0.856487

This track is used by Goole council with work trucks. But is also used by 'lads' in hot hatches who park up andcause public disturbances. I would suggest a lockable bollard is put up to stop these hooligans from being able to park up and cause trouble. I have already called the police to this site 3 times.
