Since Rusholme Retreat opened a few weeks ago there are now tree stumps on one side of the single track lane and large vision impeding screens on the other. In addition there are potholes and overgrowing trees on bend and lane approaching the resort. This is an access road to further property and businesses.

Speeding lorries and cars shake house, 13th June
We are on a main road which understand is busy at peak hours however we have noticed and large vehicles and cars are excessively speeding on the road at quite dangerous speeds. The noise of loud cars is one thing however the main issue is as fast moving large vehicles go past our whole house shakes which then constantly wakes us up. We have also noticed rendering cracks to the side of the house closest to the road. After moving our bedroom as far away from the road as possible we still get very significant vibration i.e. Light shades moving, water in glasses shaking and a enough to wake you up. There is nothing when lorries are going at an appropriate speed.

Traveller set up a camp, 2nd October
A traveller has set up camp on Sharp Hill Lane and put up fences, gates etc. Opposite the junction of Redhouse Lane/Carr Lane and Main Rd. Hidden behind hedging.

Roadworks preventing access to my property, 17th December
Morrisons utilities turned up yesterday after a burst water ian was reported as water was coming up through the Tarmac. They have dug an enormous hole which prevents all vehicular access to my property. They also spent almost the whole day digging in the wrong place, as they haven't found the leak. I've now been told that the hole might not get filled in until after Christmas. We were not asked permission if they could block the drive, and as we have a garage we could in fact now have cars on the wrong side of the hole.
