Speeding Cars, 18th November
There's nothing particularly wrong with the road, but there are a lot of younger drivers treating the road as a race trace, one even crashed into the curb and landed on Essex Drive not too long ago. I just wanted to know how to go about recommending that speed bumps are added to the road? Is there a proper avenue to log this with?
