FIXMYSTREET IN DE7 6DG
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of DE7 6DG:
Large nettles and thorns overhanging to footpath reducing access, 28th May
The nettles and thorns on the footpath from the pub (the three horseshoes) to the pedestrian crossing opposite Morley Primary school) are now getting out of control and protruding to the footpath reducing the available space on footpath and causing a hazard. As a main route for children attending Morley primary school this is a heavily used footpath and would be greatly appreciated if it could be strimmed back/ weed killer applied.
Photo is from a week ago and have worsened since.
Many Thanks

Deterioration or road surface, 18th November
The stretch of road between Quarry Road and Drum Hill is rapidly deteriorating along the edge of the road on both sides, creating huge potholes and is falling away due to lack of structure / support between the road and the grass bank some of the potholes can not be seen in the dark or when full of water so are very dangerous and will cause accidents Traffic tends to drive down the middle of the road to avoid the edge of the road this is also dangerous to cyclists, walkers and oncoming traffic Also the bank is collapsing on the hill going in to Little Eaton Noting that it is a busy road

Pot hold along central line in road., 24th January
This is a progressively increasing in size Pothole along the central line in the road, approximately 2-3 inches wide and 3 inches deep in places. Some 2 meters long. This could result in damage to a car tyre or worse a vehicle catching the edge of the hole which seems quite deep and pushing a vehicle into the other side of the road. Pothole on side of a drain around 3 inches deep., 16th February
Pothole has been here now since late January and despite the council having cleaned the drains and manhole cover removed right beside this pothole in early February nothing has been done and the Pothole is dangerous and will damage a vehicle of anything going over the hold. The road narrows in the area so its difficult for two cars to pass without going into the pothole.
