Bins broken at Fullens Lock park, 9th April
The waste bins/ dog poo bins by Fullens Lock park, on the cycle route, near the Chellaston caterpillar mosaic, are broken. One has lost its lid so is filling up with rain and the other has lost the bin part. This is a busy public path/cycle route with lots of dog walkers and is used regularly.

In two areas on farm drive near field lane end the road seems to be breaking up and starting of a pot hole, probably 4 foot length two foot width, it's like the road is cracking.

Dip in road getting bigger, 9th April
A dip in the road becoming a pothole when it rains it gets bigger, causing a bigger puddle to form. This has been fixed before but keeps coming back. A least two foot diameter, possibly 8 inches deep.

Bus stops malfunctioning, 2nd April
Both bus stops outside the cornishman pub havent worked properly for nearly a year possibly longer, the displays do not show the correct routes or only partial information. There are elderly in the community that rely on those screens and struggle to travel when they dont work

Rubber play surface has gaps causing accidents, 19th March
Around the roundabout, part of the rubber play surface has been replaced, but there are gaps between the old and the new. The edges stick up. Whilst my son was playing on the roundabout he caught his foot on this edge and twisted his ankle.

Parking on Double Yellow Lines, 7th March
Double Yellow Lines being ignored. Road becomes gridlocked by parked cars causing a chicane. Exiting road onto A514 can be tricky due to same issue on there. Impossible for a Fire Engine to pass. Ambulance be doubtful. Problem is worse between 5-8pm Perhaps a camera attached to lampost similar to one in layby opposite bus station could be considered?

Overgrown bushes and shrubs, 4th March
The attached photo is just to show the exact area, it is an old picture taken from Google Streetview. There are lots of overgrown bushes and shrubs encroaching a large part of the pavement. Anyone with a pushchair or wheelchair would potentially be scratched by them, and also there are some very sharp branches at eye level which are dangerous, especially in the dark.
I don't know if it's council property or not, but if not then it's the owner at No 1 Lowes Court who needs notifying, before an injury is caused.

Abandoned car with no tax or SORN, 21st February
Small grey BMW reg MJ06YMU abandoned in car park at Royal Glen Park shops (near charity shop/hairdressers)
Has been there for weeks, always parked too far back so that part of the car covers the walkway. Occasionally moves to another space in the same row, but still covering the walkway.
