This stretch of road has several hundred yards full of pot holes some of which expand over the whole road. These have been here for the past 18months. I use this road twice a day and have to reduce my speed to 5/10 miles per hour on this stretch. I have had two cracked alloys since using this road and do not wish to have any more.

Stretch of the road with numerous potholes, 13th March
It has been like this for at least 4 months. There is a road sign and cones on a part of the section

Stile smashed, 21st October
Looks as if a vehicle hit the stile where footpath enters Marston Lane. Wooden sign demolished too. Sign on other side is OK.

Urgent 5 foot deep by 3 ft wide hole at side of lane. Has been repaired before. Urgently needs warning signs. Is at least 5 ft deep. Can see bags of filler have been dropped in but these have dropped down., 15th October
As above, if a car or bike wheel drops into this there will be a major accident.

Glass debris on both carriage ways on blind cornor and brow of hill - difficult to see, 17th October
This morning (17/10/2017) while driving to work at approximately 08:16am I ran over glass debris that spanned both carriage ways. The debris looks to be the result of a vehicle collision and not cleared up.
I'm reporting this incident, as in my experience glass debris from vehicle collisions tends not to be cleared, but it can obviously cause damage to vehicle tyres. I've rang 101 (Derbyshire constabulary) this morning to report it and have been given the incident number 180171017

There are several large potholes on the bends at this location. They are mostly on the edges of the road and could cause serious damage to wheels and suspension if hit.

Numerous potholes down centre and edge of road for about 400m. a number of them are last year's repairs reopened
