ISSUE: 1. Speeding throughout the North West South Derbyshire areas.
ACTION: 1. High Visibility patrols to deter speeders 2. Promoting Community Speed Watch Schemes with a view to enrol new groups into the area 3. Supporting existing Community Speed Watch Schemes 4. Conducting Police Speed checks 5. Complete Derbyshire talking surveys throughout the area to gage what issues affect the community and whether actions taken around speeding reduces community concern. 6. Promote results of any work completed by Police or Partners around this priority via our Social media sites and Derbyshire alert messaging system 7. Work closely with partners to plan ideas to tackle the issue jointly
