The same man has started working on his cars in the close and has parked his car in front of my clients house which is where I usually park when I go there as I’m her gardener. If it was just changing a flat tire then that’s fair enough but it’s been on a Jack for about a week! I took 2 photos to prove it’s been there multiple days the photos will have a time and date stamp. If you are doing work on a far it should be in your driveway not the road surely it’s dangerous!

Parking on a road where you don’t live, 20th June
In my previous report after people asking the man to not park in front of their houses his solution was to park on another street where he doesn’t live. He was parking very close to the junction so it made it tricky for people turning on to Wheeldon Way. My mum told him this was making the turning dangerous so he moved it up the street a bit.

One man parking many different cars in the close in front of people’s houses., 20th June
A man who lives in the close has a large collection of vehicles and they spill out of his drive on to the close. He parks them in front of other people’s houses. When politely asked if he could move one he then started parking it on another local road where he doesn’t live.

Trees have died, 9th May
Looks like two trees (Believe to be Ash) have died and they are close to the main Road A517. They are sited opposite the entrance to the Black Horse pub car park.

Blocked drain on A517, just east of Fulwood Grange, 22nd August
I walked this stretch of the A517 recently from the FP at Fulwood Grange to the C road off to Hulland Village. the road is already challenging and dangerous for walkers and pedestrians. A blocked drain during a time of rain and/or flooding can only add to the considerable hazards.

Barrowmoor Lane road signs broken, Hulland, 14th May
The road sign at the east end is broken. Its left post needs repair. This is a useful sign. The road sign at the west end is leaning backwards and it would be beneficial to tilt the sign forwards. I'd be interested to know why the crash barrier was installed at the junction at Gorse Lane/Brick-Kiln Lane/Barrowmoor Lane.

Very deep pothole on little crossroads towards Clowns nursery Ripley, 30th January
This deep pot hole has ben there for ages and has ruined tyres before and needs sorting out please.. It's off the A610 on a side road (I can't find a name for it), that leads towards Clowns nursery. It's in the middle of the unofficial cross roads, where you have to turn right to the woodland.

Drain is blocked on A517 as you travel from Ashbourne JUST AFTER the turning sign for Hulland Village. Any amount of rain causes flooding which runs down the road and into what looks a telephone access chamber. This ultimately contributes to flooding across the road at the bottom of the hill. It's been like this for some time (months).
