Loose surface on pavement, 19th April
A year or two back all the pavements in Alstonefield were resurfaced leaving large quantities of loose gravel on the surfaces.
There is still loose gravel which can be a hazard.
Please arrange for pavements to be swept.

Blocked drain, 1st November
Ongoing problem needs a permanent fix. Drain blocked on East side of road, believed to be due to blockage under road. Flooding makes footpath unpassable. See picture. When the picture was taken, the drain to the West side of the road had a grid blocked with vegetation and capable of being cleared by hand, but drain to East side not functioning at all.

Rocks on road, 30th March
A dry stone wall has collapsed and rocks have cascaded down the bank onto the side of the road. This is a narrow road and someone is likely to damage their car and possible lose control if this is not cleared quickly
