Blocked drain, 1st November
Ongoing problem needs a permanent fix. Drain blocked on East side of road, believed to be due to blockage under road. Flooding makes footpath unpassable. See picture. When the picture was taken, the drain to the West side of the road had a grid blocked with vegetation and capable of being cleared by hand, but drain to East side not functioning at all.
