The two road signs have fallen over on the B5023, 30th May
One sign warns against the bends and the other is a speed limit sign. It is just before the footpath off to the west; the footpath sign is covered in ivy and clearing that a the same time as replacing the road sign would be beneficial. Taking the photo was a challenge on this fast, busy and dangerous.

Road direction sign damaged on B5023 at junction with road to Windley, 30th May
One of the the triple fingers ie the Idridgehay/Wirksworth one is damaged with a jagged edge at its tip. This is hazard to all riad users in the event of a collision.

Bushes blocking view, 11th July
The bushes on both sides as your leaving shottle Hall and coming onto lambhouse Lane need trimming back as they are blocking drivers view when pulling out.

The road is breaking up outside my house, 1st September
The road tarmac is breaking up in front of my drive. The drop is getting deeper and I feel it wont be long before damage is caused to my vehicle getting in and out of my property.

Location: Lambhouse Lane, Shottle Gate, just past wide right hand bend, just after oak tree on left and just before field gate on right - grid ref: SK316475, 8th December
Problem: There's a dead badger. It has been there for a week or two as it's beginning to smell (and I keep forgetting to record it, sorry). Is there any chance that it could be removed, please? It's too heavy for me. Thank you

Road subsidence, 26th July
The full width of the carriage as appeared to have subsided causing vehicles to roll very badly
B5023 has subsided at the point shown and is across the full width of the carriageway causing a corkscrew effect to vehicles passing this point.

Exposed ironworks around a drain, 24th December
Hi While cycling from Duffield towards Wirksworth this morning I saw a huge pothole with a fully exposed drain. This would damage a car if it drove in it. Had I ridden over it - or been forced into it by a passing car - I'd have likely come off my bike. Please repair this!

Rubbisha dn bonfires, 31st January
Contnuous growth of rubbish this can't be household...and numerous bonfires at all hours of the day, doesn't smell too good
