Tree root causing trip hazard, 25th April
Road that leads up to the library car park in Belper. Tree adjacent to the marked footpath has a root that is growing up through the pavement . I witnessed an elderly person trip over it.

Broken glass bottles, 12th February
Broken glass bottles really bad. Happens regularly now on recycling bin collection dates. Guessing kids but it's currently really bad. Can it be sorted please and a sign to warn parents and dog walkers. Someone will get hurt !!@

Multiple cars consistently parking right at the end of the street (within a metre of the junction), blocking the junction onto the main highway road., 13th January
This is extremely dangerous (and illegal) as cars leaving the street have to stop on the opposite/wrong side of the road. Cars then turning into the road can’t see - I’ve nearly had 2 head on collisions this month already.
This isn’t just one car that’s doing it, and people clearly aren’t using their common sense. Please put a sign up or double yellow lines, before there is a serious accident.

Caravan left on junction, 5th November
Caravan parked illegally on a junction near Howitt School.....near accident when I came home as cars have to approach on wrong side of road, also its a caravan with no tax or insurance this as no rights to be parked on a road surely ? if everyone did this it would be absolutely scandalous
