The pavements on Main Road, Shirland continually have standing water on them due to the pavement drain outside of The Bungalow ( full size drain) and the pavement drain outside of Swiss Farm ( 6"×6" drain) being blocked with leaves and mud. Can you arrange for the drains to be cleaned out and the pavement to be cleaned of leaves and mud. It will involve cleaning with brushes and shovels as the pavement isn't wide enough for the Scarab cleaner.
