This pot hole has got worse and worse. It's huge now, full of water so people don't notice it. It's on a bend, so it's dangerous as people are swerving last minute. Add.on top of that it also joins another junctions. Accident waiting to happen here

Cars parked on white zig zag lines by zebra crossing. A woman and child was nearly knocked over today on the zebra crossing by the owner of the blue car as he raced to get in the spot and didn't stop for her as she waited on the crossing

Increase red cats eyes frequency along raised reservation, 2nd January
You should increase the number and frequency of red cats eyes along the dangerous and poorly visible raised reservation at Tibshelf Southbound MSA slip ramp. The raised section of kerb should have a lot more red reflectors along it to prevent mis-identification and collisions.

Request for improved lighting at Tibshelf south slip road, 2nd January
Please fix and consider need for extension of the street lighting at Tibshelf Southbound sliproad, where there is a very poorly visible raised central reservation to prevent late exits, but where the marker posts keep being knocked down as it can't be seen at night or in poor weather. Also fix the first street light on this exit which has been out for years....

The reflective safety marker posts are knocked down on the slip road central reservation. Improved street lighting is badly needed at this point. If the first light was even working on the slip road it would help....but you've failed to fix it in years...

This pot hole is getting bigger every day I pass this everyday and I feel this could start to damage car wheels very soon. Please can someone have a look asap. its about 3" deep and very hard to avoid is oncoming traffic.

1st light still not working Tibshelf Southbound entry ramp, 20th October
The first light on the entry ramp for Tibshelf services with asset label MJ1007 is still not working years after first being reported and promised for repair next time electricians are in area. When will it be fixed. This is a difficult sliproad to navigate without proper lighting.

Fence damage, 29th August
A lorry went through my field last year and they only did part of the fence not all of it. The fence on the m1 side is very wobbly as well and a lot of pieces of wood on the fence are missing. I also need some sheep fencing on there. There are currently horses in there and awaiting for permission for sheep fencing to be able to put sheep in. Thank you Louise Neville, land owner

Overheads, 13th June
There is an issue with the overheads in this area. 5.30am and the overheads were on at 60mph, then 40mph stating there was a queue. They then went back to national speed limit and there was no queue. This isn’t the first time this has happened on this stretch. Please fix as it causes unnecessary congestion.

Cars obstructing turning circle, 1st May
Cars parked in turning circle at the end of hawthorne avenue tibshelf making it impossible for anyone to turn round resulting all vehicles have to reverse half way down the road. This is very dangerous risk to pedestrians of the street especially the elderly and children. This inconsiderate parking by certain residents which could result in disastrous consequences.

Reflective marker posts need cleaning on sliproad island, 6th March
The reflective marker posts all along long the section of raised kerb to prevent vehicles making late entry onto the slip road need cleaning at Tibshelt southbound. They are not reflective and can't be easily seen at night on this unlit section.

Signs are so dirty and not visible in the dark., 21st February
Reflective arrow signs on bollards cannot be seen in centre of road in the dark. They require cleaning. I consider this very dangerous.
