Loose grate, 28th March
The grate is loose and is banging everytime a vehicle goes over it, which is pretty much 9 hours or more a day! It's so annoying

On the A38 southbound from the M1 to alfreton, in the dark, the major road signs are not readable due to being too dirty. They just look black.

The whole section from the slip road onto the roundabout is very faded. It makes an already bad junction even more dangerous. needs repainting and the left turn from this slip road into alfreton needs making clearer. DCC ref 34235355

Dangerous parking, 5th December
These cars park either side of an entrance to our house and opposite a junction, they also park on the zigzags of the crossing, making it very dangerous to enter /exit our home.
