Large lump of concrete or mortar in middle of footpath, 30th March
Very large lump of some kind of hardcore mix that is in the shape of the inside of a wheelbarrow has been left in the middle of the footpath. This is at the bottom of Cambridge street, alongside the fence line for 93 Nottingham Road. It is causing a big hazard, blocking wheelchair and pushchair access along the footpath and is a danger.

Severe Deterioration to both WB Lanes - Major fretting, 19th March
Severe deterioration to road surface in both lanes on the approach and around this junction WB, becoming very dangerous for daily motorcycle commute, this section has been getting progressively worse over the last few weeks/month, some recent isolated repairs were undertaken in CL2, however it is clear that both lanes require extensive repairs/resurfacing.

Broken manhole cover on Locko Road, 18th March
This man hole cover has broken over the last couple of weeks. You can see the mesh under layer. It is quite close to the road so anyone who is unaware and tries to park their car over the curb would result in further breakage and possible damage to the vehicle.

Damaged steps on footbridge, 12th February
A member of the public report a fault with the footbridge to Derby City Council. As the asset is not ours I am forwarding this information on to you on their behalf.
At the Lodge Lane Footbridge over the A52 in Spondon, the customer has reported that a metal strip has come away from one of the steps and is now sticking upwards - creating a trip hazard.

Large potholes, 6th February
Hi, I'm the manager at the petrol station on the a52 just before the Borrowash by-pass and I've had a lot of complaints about the potholes on the entrance to the site which isn't part of our land, we've had some near misses and some saying its causing damage to there cars so they wont come back and now we are losing business. we have recently had the exit resurfaced by yourselves and was notified about getting the work done we assumed that the entrance was getting done to but its got worst.
