Water leak, 17th March
Since few days there is a water leak. Pipe is cracked and all the time water is leaking from this pipe. Problem is out of building, in a separated space where are garbage cans.

Oil in containers behind chip shop, 9th March
Old cooking is being kept in blue containers which is not in a bunded area this is against the law. Any oil spilled has to be reported to the health and safety team.

Mud/ leaves/tree branches on footpaths in Stapenhill gardens after flood. River bank on Stapenhill hollows has eroded away up to footpath (dangerous for young children)

This is on a very busy road. It's getting worse. It's falling into the ground and the cover has started to lift up. Holes around 8 inches have now started to form.

Abuse of open space, Beans Covert, 18th November
I reported anti social behaviour in Beans Covert with regard to fire lighting, etc. This problem was addressed very quickly which was great and has been much better. Now it is starting again. The photos show the use of the debris from materials not cleared from tree cuttings and rubbish being left behind from people gathering to smoke, drink, glue sniffing or drug taking. This is in one corner just behind the fence that separates the Clays Lane playing field from Beans Covert. I suggest the removal of material to deter creating these meeting places. I often litter pick in the woods when walking my dog but left this so it could be seen by the Open spaces authority
