Standing surface water, 11th February
There is always a lot of surface water opposite Ferrers avenue junction with red hill lane. It appears to be caused by blocked ditches and every time it rains or snow thaws the water drains from the field onto the road because the ditches which should collect this water are blocked. When we have freezing temperatures this water then becomes ice which is going to result in an accident sooner or later.
