Liquid Oxygen Container needs removing!, 6th April
Had a lovely walk around this area today. Saw a Liquid Oxygen Container, just inside the entrance to ED WOODS Seale Lodge Farm in Netherseal. Did not check to see if it had liquid or not. It needs removing. I often pick up Litter but I was not prepared for obvious safety reasons to collect this item.

Pothole at join in tarmac, 15th April
This pothole is at a join in the tarmac resulting in a hard ridge on one side of the hole. If you are unsighted by traffic and hit it as I did it results in a huge bang and jolt. I stopped and two more people hit it straight after me. Unfortunately this is a busy junction and taking photos was too risky. It is on the south side of the carriageway and I was travelling west

The Acresford Road between Donisthorpe and Acresford is flooded on the ‘S Bend’. Because the is on a blind bend in a national speed limit I think there should be some signage and the gullies need emptying

Mud and stone on road, 29th September
Since the building work has been conducted next to this road there has regularly been a lot of mud and sometimes large stones left of the road (I hit one which I thought had destroyed a wheel, luckily I got away with it), they have poor signage up showing they know of the problem, there is occasionally a road sweeper in action which spreads the mud around the road but removes little. This is a national speed limit road and this has been going on for some time, the vehicles which are distributing the mud onto the road should be washed off before going onto the highway. This is currently very dangerous and will result in a high speed accident at some point.
