Flytipping in Nature Area, 28th February
Flytipped rubbish in the Nature Area on approach to it through the Car Park. This has been there for a few weeks. Do some of the members of the Parish Council who live on this road not see this? Am I the only one who reports it? Obviously so!

Stream full of Bottles, 28th February
There is a small stream that runs along the footpath between the School and what is supposedly a Nature Area. Due to the constant rain it has been flooded, however the many discarded alcohol bottles in it, must block it. There are also plastic bottles and cans in it. I have removed some but feel that this is up to the local Council or Parish Council to resolve. The nature area is overgrown and not exactly what I would class as one. Some of the trees have been destroyed by children breaking branches. There is rubbish scattered throughout. It could be lovely but just looks like a neglected area of woodland.

Chemicals in Aerosol Containers, plus the box, and lots of Lager Cans, 30th November
This litter has been in the Overseal Car Park for several days. I moved it together today in one pile, for collection. could not move it myself with bare hands, plus walking my Dog too. There are 2 large aerosol type containers which have chemicals in them. There are also a lot of empty Lager Cans and a length of foam too. The Car Park backs on to what is supposedly a Wildlife Area, which is next to where the litter is. There are Foxes and Badgers, plus other creatures, and birds in the vicinity. This litter poses a threat to them, as well as to the Environment. Please can it be removed as a matter of urgency, due to the chemical contents. Thank you

Chemicals in Aerosol Containers, plus empty Lager Cans and general rubbishs that is dangerous for the Environment and Animals, 30th November
Overseal Car Park, Woodville Road. .Today I moved Litter together in a pile I had bare hands, plus my Dog with me, so was not going to carry it all to any bins. There are large aerosol type Cans which have chemicals in them, and they feel quite full. The box that they were packed in is there too. There are numerous Lager Cans and a length of Foam. These have been there for some time. This Car Park backs on to what is supposedly a Wildlife Area. There are Badgers and Foxes in the area however, and I hate to think of the Animals and Nature being harmed by what is in the Containers.

Rubbish bins emptied but lots left in ditch next to it, 6th September
In the layby on Acresford Road, on the outside of Seale Wood DE12 6HY: The rubbish bins have both been emptied and new liners put in. There is a sign stating " No Fly Tipping", yet directly underneath this in the ditch is a mass of rubbish! When the bin is emptied, can the surrounding rubbish not be collected to? It has obviously fallen out of the bin, or the wind has blown it at some stage. It reeks of Human urine in that layby too.
