Dog faeces, 21st January
4 sets of trodden in dog faeces outside 2 de Ferrers Place, Linton Heath outside 2de Ferrers Place to the residents car park. Regular occurrence by inconsiderate dog owners. Lots of parents and school children/pushchairs use the footpath enroute to the village school. I try and clean up when I can but these 4 foulings have been trodden in and I don’t have anything suitable to clear away.

Double parking near junction makes using road and pavement extremely difficult, 12th December
The junction between School Street and Regent Street regularly has either the Ford Focus or the Toyota Avensis double parking close to the junction/on the junction and completely blocking the pavement in the evening and overnight. This has been ongoing for months and is usually always these 2 vehicles. When on foot you cannot walk on the pavement and have to go into the road, and when travelling by car it is extremely difficult to safely turn on to Regent Street from School Street when driving a van or large car. The cars also obstruct visibility of traffic on the junction and makes the area extremely dangerous to use.

The pathway around the park was not very enjoyable to push a wheel chair around . Trees are damaging the pathway with very little attempt to address the situation.

Tree slowly falling across cycle route 63, 8th August
I have tried to report this problem to the national cycle network and they emailed me back saying that they don’t own that part of the track. So I’m hoping that you can sort this problem before it falls right down and blocks the track all together.

Loose drain cover in road, 14th April
Loose drain cover in the middle of the road, making a bang bang noise everytime a car or lorry hits it. Even though we are a housing estate it has now become a cut through for heavy loads and cars. This has been reported and repaired in the last 4years so it is an on going problem. It is positioned on Brunel Way Swadlincote at the junction of Lewisham Drive.
