Number 12 keep blocking my car in, 4th January
The troublesome neighbours at number 12 and their guests keep parking in front of my drive and blocking my car from leaving or another car being able to park on my drive. This has happened over 100 times in 12 months. I have explained this to them which resulted in another car on the same day doing to same (please see picture).

Thorn bushes overgrowing onto pavement by school, 23rd October
Thorn bushes are blocking about a third of the pavement. Over 100 children have to walk past this each day next to a busy road.

Dogs barking . not being attended to not taken for walks, 1st September
Nobody can get any peace and quiet, with the weather we have had cannot sit out and sit and relax in your own garden. when one dog starts others from other properties join in. this is an area for elderly and disabled people, who should be respected..

Road blocked off completely!, 29th June
Residents were blocked from entering or leaving the road for 15 minutes whilst I was sat there, so it was no doubt longer than that time. The road was blocked off for emergency vehicles too. When approach the “man” thought it was funny that he was blocking a highway and preventing residents from leaving and entering our street!

Loose drain cover in road, 14th April
Loose drain cover in the middle of the road, making a bang bang noise everytime a car or lorry hits it. Even though we are a housing estate it has now become a cut through for heavy loads and cars. This has been reported and repaired in the last 4years so it is an on going problem. It is positioned on Brunel Way Swadlincote at the junction of Lewisham Drive.

Distorted footpath, 8th March
The photographs don't show the problem as well as I would have liked but the issue is that the tree roots have lifted the pavement quite severely. It is awkward to walk on and myst be awful for pushchairs and wheelchair users to negotiate. This is a bus route, so quite busy, which could prove very dangerous should anyone have the misfortune to trip/fall as the lean pushes them toward the road. The pavement is in poor condition all along the street but those two points are the worst.
