Neighbours leave bins outside and let bushes overgrow making the pathway inaccessible, 8th May
Neighbours deliberately block the walk way making wheel chair access impossible and even an able bodied person cannot use the path. The access issues are caused by number 36 Beechfield Road and number 34. Their bushes are encroaching public footpath. This has been an issue for many years. Footpath cannot be used as they slowly take over the council land and use it for themselves.

Blocked pavement at Gordon Road., 7th May
You can't simply to pass, as you have to squeeze yourself between that bin and parked cars. Residents from house number 10 doesn't want to separate their rubbish, as that bin is full of mixed stuff. Can the council please talk to them or simply do something to unblock a pavement. Thank you.

Several abandoned vehicles in various states of disrepair, 7th May
There are several vehicles dumped in a private car park. Most are rusty/overgrown with plants and filled with rubbish. They have clearly been there for some time. Some do not have registration plates. Some that do aren't taxed/MOTed/SORN. A trailer appears to have a registration plate that belongs to a Mercedes. This is a fire risk if any contain petrol. It is preventing property owners with allocated spaces from using the car park which means surrounding roads are packed with cars.

Blocking public parking spaces and taken over as their own not letting anyone parking and making angry faces, 7th May
This road is public and anyone can park there but its been hogged as their own cars gets exchanged to prevent anyone else parking and when left empty bins are being placed as to almost claiming the parking space all have their own driveways on top but we have to find any available and park else park away from our home this isnt fair that a parking space has been hogged and they consider it theirs dont let anyone whatsoever park there also in breach of the highway code. Its been an issue for months now.
