A resident is fly tipping outside a bin store to which they are not entitled to access. They block the door, which means the bin men cannot access. Thus leaving the yellow communal bins not emptied. This is a regular occurrence.

Previous occupants of 8 Walker close have dumped their rubbish at the front of the property and left. The bin bags have split causing cosmetics and lighters to lighter the path and parking bays. This has been present for the last 2 weeks

Pot holes - only fixed two!!, 2nd May
You said you fixed the pot holes but you clearly left the rest of them!! Two little holes filled what about the three next to the ones you filled in and the massive crack/hole in the middle?
The whole road needs re doing not just filling in hole by hole! What do we pay our council tax for? Why won't you just re do the whole of Fairford Avenue as its awful.

Lamp Post moved as part of kerb drop /light shine onto property., 1st May
We are in the process of having our kerb dropped and lamp post moved. The new lamp post that now sits between numbers 29 & 31 as planned is now functioning however, the guard that was in place to limit the shine onto the properties has not been moved over from the old lamp post.
We did report this to the project team doing the kerb drop before the lamp went live but now the lamp is powered up, out of consideration to our neighbours who are now more affected by the new position of the post, we are requesting that the guard is put in place ASAP.

Pot holes! damaging cars, 30th April
Massive potholes damaging cars, road has been awful since last year and no one is fixing the problem but you fix a damaged ULEZ camera in the same day! The whole of Fairford Avenue needs to be re-surfaced.
