There is a a human poo in between two cars in hazeldene road elsa road end. This is a hazard to the public. This has been reported two times and it says been resolved but it’s still there this is a hazard. Callers states there are 5-6 gas canisters, may have fallen off back of truck as were in the road, caller placed them on pavement, as they are all filled gas, needs removing immediately
