Car in a free parking bay for months on end, 13th May
Given there are only 3 free parking bays at the top of Kimberley Drive this vehicle seems to deposited (not parked) their car here on a very long term basis. There is rust on the outside of the car plus the engine grate at the front of the car has disappeared. 2 of the 4 tyres seem under inflated.

Full blue lid bin with label for Princess Street has been on the pavement outside the empty bike shop on the Broadway for approx 3 weeks. Keeps being knocked over and rubbish comes out onto the pavement.

Street tree causing damage, 11th May
I love the street tree outside 27 Hurstwood Avenue but I witnessed today a gentleman with a walker who got stuck on 3 places where the pavement is uneven due to tree roots. The roots have also cracked my front wall which was repointed in 2020. A couple of paving slabs are also uneven in front of the crossover of 27 Hurstwood Avenue.
