Items are being dumped near bins and it is causing the large bins to be left at my back door as the bin workers cannot put it in its place due to the rubbish being left. The items are at the bins in the car park behind the houses on Coptefield drive. Entrance to the car park is at the end of the street after flats 52-57 Coptefield drive.

Someone who looks like they live opposite Bedonwell road primary school has cleared there DIY etc waste and dumped a large quantity next to school waste bin, also shopping trolley

You closed the latest report stating vehicle is on private road (it is not, the photo clearly shows it is on the public highway, plus causing a hazard on the pavement); the vehicle is taxed (it is not, the attached from the DVLA shows the vehicle isn't taxed or SORN or with a valid MOT); or the owners have come forward (even if that's the case, the LA are happy for an untaxed vehicle which hasn't been moved for approx. 9 months now to stay on the public highway and cause a hazard to pedestrians on the pavement). This matter has also been report to the LA's Highways department.
