URGENT ACTION REQUIRED - Asbestos has been dumped, 30th April
A neighbour has taken down an old garage and dumped the roof in the alleyway, the roof has been broken up and there is visible asbestos in the waste, as it has been broken up, it will already be airborne, this issue needs urgent attention.

This morning around 10:30am saw a man who doesn’t live in chequers court dumping his rubbish. To which there is already a rat problem.

Car parked and not moved, 30th April
Car not moved for two weeks and more. Owner not known in immediate area. Caused problem when needed a skip delivered, driver couldn’t manipulate lorry because of it. Couldn’t ask owner to move/let them know skip coming. Nuisance

Big branch overhanging from huge tree in lessness abbeywood park, 30th April
Resident is disabled & 78 years of age he is very worried & concerned about a large heavy branch which is overhanging from the huge tree which is n the park onto his house it is inches away from touching the windows which can damage & break the windows of the house anytime. It is dangerous it will break also the fence if it comes through the house it will cause a great deal of damage The tree itself is a huge tree and so is this branch that is overhanging.

Yellow topsy bin, 30th April
Lady at 95c has rung this morning yellow topsy bin has appeared outside her gate at bus stop and does not want it there. She is always tidying up and cleaning area. she does not want this attracting fly tipping, food and dog waste like the one in Carlton road.

Regular fly tipping aspen green, 29th April
Fly tipping of large household furniture fridges, chest of drawers in aspen green. Car regularly pull up to leave rubbish at the entrance to park. Council could invest in camera’s to prevent or identify people doing this instead of putting camera next to areas dedicated to refuse!! Currently three fridge freezers dumped in aspen green and the pile of things grows daily.

Ice cream van parked outside school belmont road, 29th April
Everyday of the week while school is open , ice cream van parks here in the road outside school. This causes problems people queueing on pavement , (skinny here not able to pass) not wide here. Cars parked for school and this causes obstruction on pavment. Lady is worried there will be an accident here involving the school children. Cars also have problems trying to get on their driveways....
