Tiolets blocked at welling train station, 1st May
Resident reporting raw sewage in public footpath & alleyway it is coming from the blocked toilets at Welling Train Station. This is the second time it has happened in a month. Resident lives at 123 Lovell Avenue & garden it has now seeped into the back garden as it has come up further up into alley and with the warm weather it stinks and affecting the disabled resident. The stench will encourage rats and other pests the public footpath is being used by commuters , dog walkers & pedestrians every day & they are walking through this. Please could someone look into this & it needs a urgent clean up. Resident will have to stop the grandchildren playing in her back garden

Potential Giant Hogweed near site by a path in Oxleas Wood treated a number of years ago for same issue. Location is along un-signed path from the Welling Way/Rochester Way traffic lights. Residents using cones to prevent public parking, 30th April
Reported to council a couple of weeks ago but no action appears to have been taken. Cones unlawfully obstructing the highway outside #67, cones are used every time resident drives their vehicle to prevent others parking on the public road outside house. Council required to remove cones and speak to person responsible.
