This has been going on every week now, 26th April
He comes around from the corner of Ancaster Road and someone has said it lives somewhere in the flat's along Ancaster Road, last week it left black bin liner full of rubbish and the foxes ripped it apart and today it was the same and also dirty nappies inside a pink bag please can you sort this.
