Glenn Turner, 23rd February
Located on the road between the side of the Bruce Arms pub and start of Mowbray Court in West Tanfield.
Rapid and continuing disintegration of a section of carriageway surface over a length of approx 3 yards long resulting in progressively worsening cluster of ruts and potholes (appearance seems to coincide with significant increase in HGV traffic to nearby housing development) - has been worsening over the last month but has reached a point where it needs addressing.
Now poses a danger to cyclists, a trip hazard for pedestrians and the largest ( approx 3 to 4 inches deep and a foot long) has caused tyre damage on at least one vehicle.

Footpath access impaired by substantially overgrown vegetation, 10th June
I wish to report the piece of hedgerow between The Bruce Arms and Mowbray Court, West Tanfield (postcode HG4 5JD) The hedge and underlying verge have been neglected for several years and as a result the footpath width is now substantially reduced, having spiked vegetation hanging out at face height making it hazardous / impassable for pedestrians to use without them having to step into the road. It is also totally impassable for disabled / wheel chair users and parents with prams / push chairs.

In November 2013 the B6267 was closed for 2weeks for latrge sections to be resurfaced between the A6055 and Nosterfield - since then the road markings have not been replaced and this is particularly hazardous at night especially in the prevailing weather conditions as neither the mid line or the carriageway edges are visible in some sections

Bollards not illuminated, 11th October
Two of the bollards at the mini-roundabout in the centre of the village are not illuminating at night. These are the ones at the junctions with Long Row and Mowbray Terrace. Combined with the streetlights that aren't working in this area it means that the junction is very poorly illuminated.
