The junction which turns on to Beckside has multiple potholes. Some are deep enough to be scraping the underside of a wheel arch when driven over.

Seagulls nesting on library roof, 28th June
I walk my dog early each morning 5.30am ish. The seagulls during nesting time, last year and now, sit on the lampposts alongside the library and squawk and swoop at us as we walk past. It is very intimidating and frightening. I have started crossing the road to avoid them it is so bad. I think something needs to be done to stop them nesting there in the future.

Wobbly paving stone, 18th January
The paving stone is visibly wobbly. Outside the Platers Shop on new row to Tesco's from the high street. An 88 year old woman tripped on it today and hurt herself. Her name is Margaret. She was taken by ambulance. This is a disgrace and must be fixed urgently.

Pedestrian near misses, 3rd August
This crossing from the Durham Ox side of the road proves impossible for pedestrians. In the last 2 weeks, I have nearly knocked over 5 pedestrians, receiving verbal abuse from 2. People simply do not follow the road rules and cross on their red, while I have green to turn left as a car driver. Is a physical barrier needed? I have no idea how many problems this has caused but I've only lived in Northallerton since March and this crossing has nearly proved (potentially fatal) dangerous on at least a dozen occasions for my partner and I.
