Reflector Post faded, 21st July
There is a reflector post at the entrance to lovesome hill loop road at the side of the A167. It has faded and is no longer reflecting car headlights, meaning anyone needing to turn off finds it hard to see where the turnoff is.

Trees grown through phone wires at roadside edge, 21st July
Trees outside the village hall on lovesome hill loop road and adjacent to the A167 have grown through the phone cables supply phone and internet to properties on this lane. The A167 will need partial closure whilst the trees are trimmed. Openreach said that it was not their responsibility it was yours

One of the roadside trees has grown very tall, through the phone cables. There is a high risk of the phone lines being damaged by high winds. Openreach said I should contact yourselves

Reflector post at entrance to lovesome hill, 15th December
It's hard to find the entrance to lovesome hill lane at the side of the A167. The sign showing a turning ahead is OK but there is a reflector post at the turn off which is no longer reflective. I've tried cleaning it but the post is so old it's no longer fit for purpose

Pothole on Railway Bridge, 21st April
There is a large pothole near the crown of the railway bridge on the left hand side approaching from Danby Wiske. This is causing traffic to vere into the centre of the bridge where there is reduced visability of oncoming vehicles there has already been at least one accident as a result of this
