Tyre marks go into the drainage and water is now gushing down the road causing streams of water and large puddles This will create a danger if there is a heavy frost plus due to amount of traffic using this road nowadays who do not slow down ,local walkers will be at risk of splashing as it’s impossible to stand far enough away from the water This drain was mended previously further up by entrance to the farm so road had been dry until this latest damage.
