Rubbish being left within the street/ residents not placing their rubbish in bins, 16th June
The street of Marshall Road is regularly having litter being left lying around and not placed in the appropriate waste bins. This rubbish is varying from food and drink packets, children's toys, clothing etc. There is also a lot of waste being left at the side of fences such as smashed TV's, bags with unwanted clothes etc

Ongoing accumulation of debris on verges, 4th March
Sirs, I would like to inform you, in writing, of the ongoing accumulation of litter and rubbish along the verges of the A1 and extending into nearby fields which appears to have come from the John Wade tip at Newton Aycliffe.
Whilst this is a terrible eyesore for anybody travelling past Darlington on the A1, (certainly not a good impression!) it also poses a danger to wildlife and livestock in nearby fields as well as passing motorists should a plastic sheet wrap over a vehicle.
Travelling this route on a daily basis to work I have noted this issue is not being addressed and still ongoing.

Wind blown debris from nearby waste disposal site, 16th February
Litter debris along the northbound verge over approximately 1 mile, has been there all of 2022. What steps are being taken to reduce ongoing impact? Please confirm that removal costs will be met by the waste license holder.

High pitched sound day and night noticed early hours Monday 15th June. Maybe from street lighting?? I live Tavistock drive, Billericay, Cm120nw. Could be lamppost no. 2302? As reported before?, 16th June
High pitched noise not everyone can here.. keeping me awake. Heard day time too. Experiencing headache and nausea because of it. I reported couple years back and lighting around my area was checked out. The noise stopped. Please check out again street lights .. possible causes? Is it street light number 2302 as reported in 2017 on this site?? Please please help!!! It started early hours yesterday morning.. Billericay area. my location Cm120nw thank you

Large pot hole, 6th February
There is various small pot holes been here for a while, there is now a larger pot hole which is causing a loud bang when driving over it, big enough to do damage to a car's suspension.

Drain cover on the ramp to Argos goods in shutter., 26th November
Drain cover has become a hazard on the ramp to Argos goods in shutter. We have reported it to our maintenance company to be told it’s a council issue. There is a deep groove where the concrete is wearing away and it is a health and safety risk when receiving our delivery.
This has been an issue for around 6 months, the drain cover was replaced when it was cracked by a pallet last year but it continues to be a problem.

Various large potholes on left of eastern carriageway, 7th March
These potholes have be there for at least 8 weeks, they are a significant size and are throwing up debris when drivers pass over them.
If driven over they cause a significant impact to the cars suspension.

Pothole 27inch long x 17inch wide x 2 inch deep, 15th July
Due to the position and depth of this pothole the side of my tyre wall was ripped causing an unrepairable flat tyre. I fear others may be stranded as I was.
