Pavements on odd numbers side between no 3- no 21 is really uneven, 5th February
Pavements between numbers 3 - 21 roslyn street are completely uneven at the botttom of the road. My little one has tripped over broken slaps, raised slabs ,raised guttering numerous times leading up to our house since we moved in September 2023 here causing his to have a few trips to a&e with head bumps

Missing double yelows, 26th January
Small section of double yellow lines still missing from outside of the new carpark. This was reported before and someone did come to paint about 4 inches of the lines in while there was a car still parked there. Gap left to park a car so people are using it. Probaby wold have been an idea to paint it while the roadworks where there a few weeks ago...

Smashed Paving Flags (Again), 3rd January
These flags have been smashed and reported multiple times! Every time bikes/people pass them, they crunch/clunk! Trip hazards again! When they were last replaced, they were broken within a week! Perhaps fit them properly next time!

Collapsing cobbles, standing water, 3rd January
The standing water which collects in the dips stinks, cars frequently hit the cobbles due to the depth of the holes! When compared to the other alleys in the estate, this by far the worst! As a resident who’s wall has been clipped twice by cars jarred by the holes, next time it happens, the council can repair the wall!

Collapsing Roadworks and Potholes, 3rd January
There are two sections of road collapsing under the weight of traffic, presumably where Gas, Broadband etc has been channelled across the road! Because of the single lane traffic, they are almost impossible to avoid! As for the potholes, these are a sample, there are hundreds on this road alone

Flooding., 29th December
Darlington Anglers Fishing Club have a fishing Lake at the location in question, Cleasby Lake, DL3 8TG There seems to be a burst surface water main from the highways side of the fence. The water is such a considerable amount that has cased the lake to completely flood. There is major environmental concerns of pollution if this is surface water from the carriageway.
