It’s Actually several pot holes all in a line, it’s very difficult to avoid as it’s the width of the lane actually on the roundabout itself when you go right coming from Thinford and head to sedgefield

Extreme noise at midnight, 14th February
Yesterday evening for duration of 30 mins (up to midnight), extremely loud noises coming from machinery on the A1 southbound near Coxhoe and Bowburn.
Understand the work needs to be done but I’m sure this could have been completed earlier in the evening?

A1(M) southbound Jct 61 to Jct 60 very poor road surface, 5th December
The hard shoulder is being used as the inside lane of the carriageway through roadworks southbound. The pavement on this inside lane is badly damaged with many deep potholes and top surface deteriorating across an extended section. Many cars were forced to swerve to avoid damage or losing control.

On A1 southbound between jct 61 and 60 there is lane closure signage but no actual lane closure. This is causing unnecessary tailbacks. Thanks.
