A66 from Junction B6274 to Hargill/ Melsonby Junction, 31st July
The central reservation between these junctions, especially at the Melsonby end on the Eastbound carriageway is overgrown with tree/ shrub branches , making it very difficult to see vehicles in the outside lane from that junction. This issue needs to be resolved asap before there is a serious accident .This has been an issue for the last 4/5 weeks.

The footpath between the top of Cross Lanes and Gilling Road has excessive detritus. This is wide enough to allow the RDC mechanical street sweeper to clean up most of the mess quickly and easily There also some overhanging foliage which needs to be cut back.
