Road & Pavement awash with water, 5th April
For as long as I can remember after rain the corner of this road is flooded but it is getting worse to the extent it makes it virtually impossible for pedestrians to cross the road. As buses park just up from here any pedestrians will get covered in water as they go by. As this is an ongoing problem something needs to be done to the drainage to resolve it once and for all

Very bright at night, 17th February
Work has been carried out this week outside my property during unsociable hours and has been commencing around 1 am to 4 am. The movement of the Lampost outside the property of 58/60 Brighton Road, Hooley, CR5 3EE. I would like to complain about no notification of this work being carried out. In addition, with a new light it leaves a reflective presence in my bedroom at night. This means I am unable to have a proper night sleep so far. In addition to the words of the duties carried out by the workmen, it has been terribly noisy and I have suffered this week of sleep deprivation. This has had an impact on my ability to function properly in my occupation.
Going forwards, the light shines into my bedroom which faces the front of the property which has an impact on me sleeping at night. Appreciate the work has just been recently completed. However, can the angle of the light be directed to non-residential properties
Thank you in advance and look forward to hearing your response
